Wash Werks Express

Went in to get a wash not too long ago. I was impressed how clean my car was afterwards, it was so shiny. I went to vacuum the inside and Gary came to see if there was anything I needed. His customer service was amazing. He even helped me vacuum a little bit, I was able to get it done much faster. I appreciated it… Never had an experience like that before at a drive thru car wash. He went above & beyond:)

JD gave excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was taken care of. It's employees like JD that make me actually want to come back! Whoever hired him should also get a shout out!!

Been coming to this car wash regularly for a while now and I honestly have to say JD is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He’s always very friendly, respectful, and takes great care of the customers. I hadn’t seen him for about two weeks, but I went back yesterday and saw him again — same positive attitude and amazing customer service as always. The place is always clean, the vacuums work properly, and everything runs smoothly, but JD really stands out. He’s a very nice and kind guy who genuinely makes customers feel welcomed and appreciated. You can tell he works hard and cares about the people who come here. Definitely one of the best employees there and he honestly deserves a raise. Highly recommend this place!

Jd is a stellar employee. He is very friendly and super helpful and his customerservice is impeccable. You guys are very lucky. The carwash is super clean and my car is always clean and never have any issues with the vacuums. The free use of vacuums is always a great savings.

Let me start by saying I've been coming to wash werks for about 5 years or longer I love their products but when new management comes in and change things like speed the track, change the flow of the air and vacuum lines being clogged as an Uber driver it slows me from making money in my world time is money. If it ain't broken don't change things so I talked to Paul about my Concerns and he said the reason regarding the air was changed was because you can get your tires popped..I've never experienced that so I gave him a month to do some changes the only thing he changed was slow down the tracker so today I canceled my membership and took my business elsewhere...by the way I will miss the staff I've developed relationships with Tim, Rylan, Kevin, Alex, and Jeffrey they are hard working and always helpful thank you.
